Delivery to the U.K.

Orders over the sum of £25.00 are carriage Free for U.K. mainland only

All items are subject to a delivery charge of £1.95 for the U.K. mainland if below £25.00. please read on or call our store in Farnham 01252 733476 for further details.

Delivery Service

Please allow a 2 to 3 day delivery service to your home. Please do call our store in Farnham 01252 733476 for further details. or to enquire to the where abouts of a delivery. A first class delivery is also available, this will cost a standard price of £4.95 for any purchase.

If the packaging of your delivery is in any way damaged or appears to have been tampered with please either refuse the item or sign for the package marking it as damaged. A signed delivery is an acceptance that you are happy to receive the package in its present state and we then have no redress with the couriers for compensation. We will of course endeavour to rectify any problems with the couriers on your behalf. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.

Delivery to Europe and the U.S.A.

Please allow a 5 to 7 day delivery service to your home. There is a standard delivery charge of £8.95 for Europe and a standard delivery charge of £15.00 for the U.S.A. This is for any purchase excluding our Bean bag range which is a U.K. delivery address only.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 30 days and we'll exchange them or refund your money. This applies to items that remain or have been replaced back in their packaging. We can only accept items that have not been used or altered.
During the Christmas season, we will extend the returns policy if the products you would like to return were a gift.

Returning the goods

Fill out the returns form that will be sent out with your order, reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items. Returned items should be sent to:

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded unless the items are faulty or have been posted to you in error. We will of course exchange or reimburse you fully including the return postage under these circumstances. . There may be a nominal postage charge for returned items that are then exchanged for another item whether it is for size or colour.
