Colours.ltd total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Colours to the customer. Colours shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Colours cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated in the catalogue. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
Colours endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, Colours does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publishing, are valid until 1st September 2010 and include VAT where applicable.
It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Safety Regulations

All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. Toys comply with EC Toy Safety Regulations and, where appropriate, carry the CE mark. If a product is recalled for any reason, you will be contacted.

Availabilty

All items are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

Returns

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging) and we will refund or replace your purchase.
Return an item within 30 days in perfect condition complete with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. Any claims or errors should be notified to us in writing/e-mail within a 14 day period. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.
Please complete the Exchange & Return Form included with your order and return it with the item. There is no need to contact us prior to returning an item.
You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.

We can not accept retuned items of furniture that have been constructed (in part or whole) and if drilled to your specific design. Please be sure you are happy with the modular structure you prefer before we build as once they are constructed it is difficult to alter when completed.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival and within a 14 day period.

We use the information we hold on your records for operational purposes; for example processing your order, dealing with queries, tracking deliveries, reviewing past purchases.

Any successor to Colours may use your information on the same basis.
